Job Title: Senior Technician

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our maintenance team. 

- The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with the overhauling of industrial equipment and systems, and a strong understanding of sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, Ammonia, Natural gas .

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform overhauling and maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, and compressors.

- Conduct precise equipment alignment using the Rim and Face method.

- Troubleshoot and repair rotating equipment including fans, blowers, and heat exchangers.

- Work safely and efficiently on systems involving sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, steam,ammonia, and natural gas.

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure high equipment reliability.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering .

- Minimum 7- 10 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance.

- Proven experience in overhauling mechanical equipment in a Sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid & DAP/NPK industrial plant environment.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with alignment techniques, especially Rim and Face method.

- Good knowledge of handling and working around hazardous chemicals and gases.

- Familiarity with industrial utility systems and safety protocols

- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

- Knowledge of industrial safety standards.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
