Job Description :
We are looking for Service Advisor in Automobile company in Chennai/Coimbatore/ Tirupur / Madurai.
1. Responsible for handle customer complaints, responding to customer requests, interpret customer concerns and comments, scheduling services, estimating time and costs associated with repair.
2. Ensure higher productivity standards and a better repair quality.
3. Responsible for coordinating with the Floor Supervisor and Technicians in providing the highest customer satisfaction .
4. Should have at-least Min 5 years experience in automobile dealership.
5. Should have good experience in customer handling.
