We are looking for Service Advisor in Automobile company in Chennai/Coimbatore/ Trichy Madurai.
Qualification: Be Automobile / Be Mechanical Or Diploma Mech Or Automobile.
Job Location: Chennai,Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai
Experience:5 Years Experience In Passenger Car Service Industry only.
AGE 26 & Above
Salary:16,000 /- Per Month
- FOUR WHEELER LICENSE MUST -

Roles:
1. Responsible for handle customer complaints, responding to customer requests, interpret customer concerns and comments, scheduling services, estimating time and costs associated with repair.
2. Ensure higher productivity standards and a better repair quality.
3. Responsible for coordinating with the Floor Supervisor and Technicians in providing the highest customer satisfaction .
4. Should have good experience in customer handling.
