Service Advisor - Automobile (5-7 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for Service Advisor in Automobile company in Chennai/Coimbatore/ Trichy Madurai / Pondicherry.
Qualification : Be Automobile / Be Mechanical Or Diploma Mech Or Automobile.
Job Location : Chennai (Guindy-5, Ambattur-5,ECR-3, Coimbatore 10,Trichy-2, Madurai 5)
Experience : 5 Years Experience In Passenger Car Service Industry only.
AGE : 26 & Above
Salary : 18,000 /- Per Month
- FOUR WHEELER LICENSE MUST.-
Note : CNC,Production,Assembly Candidates shouldn't apply this job.
Roles :
1. Responsible for handle customer complaints, responding to customer requests, interpret customer concerns and comments, scheduling services, estimating time and costs associated with repair.
2. Ensure higher productivity standards and a better repair quality.
3. Responsible for coordinating with the Floor Supervisor and Technicians in providing the highest customer satisfaction .
4. Should have good experience in customer handling.
