Service Engineer (0-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility:
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RFID systems and printers
- Provide on-site and remote support for hardware and software issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance and service audits
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain service records and documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support
- Frequent travel to client locations as required
Required Skills:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of RFID technology and printers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer interaction abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Basic networking knowledge
- Handling service tools and equipment will be an added advantage
