Responsible for aftermarket operations and sales & marketing in assigned territory.

- Handle onsite Erection, commissioning and repair activities of cryogenics storage tank at site.

- Providing operation & trouble shooting training to customers

- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.

- Responsible for solving technical issues at the customers end

- Address customer problems & complaints within the stipulated time and collect the feedback

- Prepare MIS Report of service activities on monthly basis

- Focusing on generation of revenue through, Services and Spare Parts

- Provide technical support to customer / end user.

- Establishing Aftermarket sales with new & existing customer & maintain good business relationship. Generation revenue through channel sales & direct sales.

- Generate revenue through Spare sales, Service sale & AMC sales.

- Generation of aftermarket business through channel sales & direct sales.

- Interact with various internal departments like Marketing, Estimation, Purchase and Engineering for necessary back up as well as for getting base prices and technical / engineering details required for making quotations.

- Monitor & Follow up for outstanding payments, C- Forms collection, Spare dispatch.

- Review offer hit rate, order booking, order execution & sales.

- Worked as an active service engineer to improve service level to the customer

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts

- Provide appropriate reports to various stake holders in order to improve the performance
