Service Engineer (1-3 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) To attend the machine for Service request, Preventive maintenance and Service campaign.
- Attend the installation & complaints of Spraying & Dusting Machine. (major & minor)
- Proper analysis of complaint and proper reporting to Service Manager
- Daily Work report to Service Manager
- Parts sale to customer
- Dealer support for parts & Service
- To provide information to ASM of warranty parts replacement.
- Should be work in Sales as per company requirements.
REQUIREMENT:
- Any ITI or Diploma with 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a Service Mechanic.
- Handling Customer Machine Complaints and resolving in 24 hrs.
- Good communication skills.
- Transparency in between customer and Management.
- Operate Android phone and basic knowledge of MS-OFFICE
EDUCATION: I.T.I. in Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic /Pump Mechanic.
Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Agricultural.
INDUSTRY PREFERRED : Agricultural Implements, Tractor, Off-road Vehicle, Automobile.
WORK LOCATION : Maharashtra Nashik, Baramati, Sambajinagar.
