Service Engineer (1-4 yrs)
Job description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner
- Evaluating and resolving problems of the customer
- Training the customer on the use of the product
- Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
- Working alongside with Sales team and development team until completion of Implementation
- Repairing, Testing and maintaining equipment
- Maintaining product manuals
- Developing and maintaining relations with customers;
- Reporting common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference;
- Providing feedback on product development, features and functions
- Completing all required training that has been allocated, in a timely manner.
Technical Skill Requirements :
- Should have a thorough knowledge of all hardware in the Company portfolio.
- Should have good training in service of all models.
- Should have good team management skills.
- Should have good communication skills.
