Service Engineer (2-4 yrs)
Location: Gujarat
Desired Candidate Profile - Minimum of 3-5 years in Laser cutting machine Manufacturing.
- Electrical wiring of whole Sheet Metal LASER CUTTING MACHINE with its control panel
- Need to Assist Team (Electrical side) on site of installation.
- Interacting with service team regarding any technical trouble shooting.
- Installation of software in the machine. Experience of Cyp-Cut controller.
- Tuning of drives as per requirement.
- Work closely with other engineers (mechanical etc.) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with machine functions.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to verify machine performance, adjusting or modifying electrical systems as necessary.
- Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manual.
- Monitor costs and expenses related to assist in budget.
- Responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company
- Proficiency in CAD software for circuit and system design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical).
- Experience with PLC programming and familiarity with control systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Knowledge of laser systems, power supplies, and optical-electrical integration is a plus.
