A Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. They provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and calibrate equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and repair faults in machinery and systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks
- Provide technical support and training to clients
- Document service activities, including reports and logs
- Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product reliability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed
Required Skills Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals

Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment
- Field-based with occasional office visits
