Position Title : Service Engineer

Location: Ambernath, Thane

Qualifications: Diploma Mechanical/ITI Preffered Industry

Experience Required : 5 Years

Job Description :

- Provide technical assistance to customers both remotely and on-site, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems promptly and effectively.

- Install, configure, and commission our products or systems at customer sites, ensuring they are set up correctly and function properly.

- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment.

- Diagnose faults, replace defective parts, and perform necessary adjustments.

- Deliver training sessions to customers on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products or systems, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required for smooth operation.

- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and documentation of customer interactions.

- Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on customer sites or handling equipment.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring their needs are met effectively

Required Skill :

- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
