Service Engineer (3-5 yrs)

Job & Functional Responsibilities:

1 Attending various sites through out India & Abroad for supervision assistance during installation, troubleshooting & commissioning/testing of Industrial Fans

a) Specialized in troubleshooting of Industrial Fans at site, particularly for aero-dynamic performance test

b) Troubleshooting involves complaints for mechanical performance (such as Vibrations, High Bearing Temp, Frequent Bearing failures, Mech Noise etc)

c) Troubleshooting further may also involve complaints for Damages due to Transit/Packing/Site Handling as well as mal-function of bought out items (such as Elec Motors, Elec/Pneu Actuators, Vibration Monitors, RTD etc)

d) Troubleshooting of complaints related to mechanical design or manufacturing /quality deficiencies

e) Candidate should be well versed with attending all types of complaints described above

f) To prepare and sign Minutes of Meeting with customer at site

g) Follow up and settlement of Commercials with customer, if any as a part of contractual terms

2 Job involves extensive travel as well as stay (at least 25 days per month) to sites located Pan India & Abroad sometimes.

Candidate Profile:

1 Skill for alignment of fan shaft, bearings, coupling and motor. Skill for Bearings, Lubrication, Balancing and overall installation of Indl Fans.

2 Reasonably good Skill for Communication, Team Work, Time Management and Site Management

3 Maintaining efficient coordination with Customers, Vendors and internal depts like Marketing, Design, Project, Purchase, Commercial and Service.

4 4-7 Yrs with corporate/ medium sized Engg Cos handling similar types of work

5 Qualification BE/Dip (Mech) or BE/Dip (Elec) from reputed university
