Service Engineer (6-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- To attend to service complaints.
- Involvement in installations of Lock & system integration with accessories.
- Bring in customers under Annual Maintenance Contracts and implementation of AMCs.
- Commercial Controls.
- Spare parts management.
- Communicate with foreign principal and customers.
- Maintain work order records and submit required reports.
- The position requires need based Travel in the Northern part of our territory which includes: (Punjab, HP, UK, U.P, Rajasthan, J&K, Ladakh, Delhi/ NCR)
- Good communicator.
- Pleasing personality with positive attitude.
- Good at building customer relationship.
- Team Player.
- He should have his own conveyance.
