Service Engineer - ATM (1-4 yrs)
Position: Field Service Engineers - ATM
Job Description :
1. Responsible for handling ATM includes Pre - installation, Installation, Training, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshoot, Break Down maintenance, Customer interaction, Customer Facing.
2. Attend all the complaints immediately.
3. Rectify the faults and schedule preventive maintenance.
4. Interact with the customer support team and R&D for major issues.
Desired Profile :
a. 0 to 1 yrs of experience or willing to work as service technician.
b. Only male candidates who are willing to travel can apply.
c. Excellent in local language and English.
d. Should be energetic and multitasking.
e. Good verbal and written communication skills, listening skills.
f. Should take initiative, adaptability, customer orientation and flexible
