Service Engineer - Boilers (8-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- To attend and resolve boiler complaints
- To plan and execute preventive maintenance services to increase the life and efficiency of boilers
- To diagnose errors and technical problems and and fix them
- Get market feedback and suggestions for product improvement
- Ensure that service level agreements are met
- Make detailed service reports and provide necessary feedback
- Ensure that customers are satisfied and maintain build and maintain good relationship with customers
