Service Engineer - CAPA (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :


- Acquire Good working Knowledge of company's products & services particularly Turbo blowers and controls for
Blowers, Hybrids and Compressors.

- Travel extensively both domestic and international in order to fulfil the responsibilities of this position.

- Service visits to customer for maintenance & commissioning of Aerzen Units

- Attend site support activities while in the office. Address customer's queries.

- Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) for customer complaints. Identify Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) in
co-ordination with Aerzen HO and subsidiaries.

- Constantly endeavor to generate more Annual Rate Contracts (ARCs) for Turbo blowers.

- Provide technical and quality feedback to the QM team according to site feedback.

- Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and customer's
training etc.

- Regularly visit customers to know their demands and tap service business opportunity during service trip.

- Keep a track of service workshop operations and of current Aftersales market penetration by carrying out a detailed mapping exercise and ensuring that at least one Aerzen representative (from Aftersales/Service/Regional Sales) has
visited each existing customer of ours over the last 2 years.

- Promote spare parts sales.

- Interact extensively with clients to ensure a healthy business relationship.

- Adhere to environment, health, and safety norms of the company. Perform safe acts, help others to follow the same.

- Management reserves the right to change the work profile as & when required. 


- Management can assign any additional roles, in the interest of the company.
