Experience/ Knowledge/ Technical Skills Required:

- Bachelor or Master of Science or Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines.

- Basic knowledge of MRI scanners - working principle, physics and hardware sub- systems.

- Experience in installation and field service of medical equipment, customer interactions and relationship management.

- 5 -8 years- experience in field service, preferably in medical diagnostics equipment domain. Experience in MR field service would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Complete installation of MR scanners in the field as per company- manuals and Quality system.

- Project management at the site during installation (hospitals or diagnostic centers) working with various teams (customers, vendors, design teams etc.) post sales till completion of system handover.

- Attending all service calls and providing immediate resolutions of issues to ensure scanners- uptime.

- Regular interactions with existing customers and develop relationships to understand the issues at field and communicating them to the design team.

- Prepare Preventive Maintenance schedule and implementing them on the company- s installed base.
