Service Engineer - Electro-Medical Equipment (2-3 yrs)
Qualification:
- Any Under Graduate/Graduate, Certification in engineering or ITI, Diploma working in electro-medical equipment industry
Role and Responsibility:
- Installation and Servicing of Medical devices and provide training on installation to clients
- Service / Repair Support
- Production Support
- Capable of executing On-site Equipment repair
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Getting Service and Installation reports signed and submitting to Management for records.
- Coordinate with service OEMs for breakdown, calibration, and collection of service reports.
- Preventive, Corrective maintenance & repairing of Biomedical Equipment
- Maintaining and safekeeping of spares issued for replacement and the old/replaced spares to be submitted to Management.
- Attend & Analyze Complaints, take quick Actions to resolve Complaints.
- To handle service complaints as assigned by the Service Manager and co-ordinate for the same with the Management for timely service to the customer.
Other Requirements:
- Good command over language - Fluency in English and local language
- Good time management, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
- Good team-work skills and interpersonal skills
- Should be sincere, honest and hardworking
- Should be ethical and trustworthy
- Flexible in Travelling as & when required
