The Job:
You will be responsible for :
- Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
- Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
- Providing monthly help desk reports.
- Designing, maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability.
- Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet business requirement in compliance with IT policy & procedure.
- Providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting as and when required.
- Ensuring alignment of internal operations, Product and Sales teams to customer needs.
- Managing the performance of services to client as per agreement and ensure the required service level is achieved.
- Leading customer service review meetings which cover areas such as performance reports, service improvement, quality and processes.
- Ensuring successful transition of the engagement team to the delivery team.
Ideal Candidate
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in electronics
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Service Management, Helpdesk / Technical Support or Network Engineer / Systems Engineer role.
- Expertise in Service Level Management would be highly valuable.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
