Responsibilities and Duties :

Loss assessment.
- Survey report preparation.
- Confirming admissibility of claims.
- Claim processing & settlement of admissible claims.
- Customer Grievances handling.
- Relationship building with repairer and stakeholders.
- Loss minimization on basis of technical and soft skills
- Young, dynamic graduate with strong skills in servicing of Electronic and Mechanical equipments.
- Promptly attending to service requests for breakdown/servicing of instruments.
- Giving Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) to customers at stipulated time.
- Effectively cover entire territory in minimum cost.
- Need based travel outside the territory in cases of emergency (all across India).
Qualifications : BE/B Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile
Salary upto - 15,000 Per month
Experience - Fresher / Less than 2 years of experience
