Service Engineer - Erection & Commissioning - Oil & Gas (3-5 yrs)
We have urgent job opening for the position of Service Engineer Erection & Commissioning with an MNC conglomerate at Kolkata location. The person will be responsible for erection, commissioning, servicing, demonstration and users training. Candidates preferred from Oil & Gas industry.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Mechanical Engineer (Diploma holder) with 3 - 4 years- experience in commissioning and servicing of Compressors / Life saving equipments
-Age 28+ years but not more than 35 years.
- Permanent resident in Kolkata preferred.
- Ready to travel frequently within all states in Eastern Region.
- Good working knowledge of computers.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good CRM.
- Strategic Thinking.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Support on unloading and storing of compressors to customer
- Erection support for the machines, if required.
- Advice on the compressors, Fire & Safety Equipment etc to the customer.
- Commissioning of machines.
- Training to operators.
- Preparation of commissioning certificate
- Routine Inspection of machines.
- Wear parts replacement support till operator learns it.
- Setting the quality of products.
- Setting the machines to get maximum output.
- Value generation to customer.
- Breakdown support.
- Notice the operator changes and train the new operators.
- Attend phone calls of customer, clear their doubts and support over phone
- Coordinate for the repairing of machine parts, which is sent to plant.
