Service Engineer - Heavy Machinery (4-15 yrs)
Skills :
- Mining machinery maintenance experience heavy earth moving equipment team handling
- Record keeping and schedule of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance execution
- Attending and generating sets for trouble shooting, schedule maintenance, breakdown at customer site.
- Increased service revenue through annual maintenance contract, rate contract for spares and fast attending break down at customer site.
- On site co-ordination of various activities through site supervisors
- Excavator Machines, Soil compactor, SDLG Loader, SDLG Graders, LPDT, Loder -Servicing and Reporting to Site manager
- Efficient customer service and complaint monitoring
- Troubleshooting of hydraulic in like LHD, LPDT, Loco & GB, Excavator
- Focusing on safe running of machines.
- Preparation of maintenance and breakdown reports.
- Make to DSR report, Availability report, Schedule maintenance report etc.
- Responsible for scheduled, preventive and breakdown maintenance analysis.
- To keep close monitoring of all machine at the site
