Service Engineer - Mechanical/Electrical Operations - AMC (4-6 yrs)
ROLE : Revenue and Operations AMC
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : Engineering Degree Mechanical or Electrical (in case of right experience Diploma engineers also can be considered)
Experience : 3-6 years in ELV/BMS systems projects and operations of which atleast two years should have been in the capacity of responsibility of generating revenue from clients
EXPOSURE :
- Installation Testing and commissioning of BMS systems
- Installation Testing and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, PA/VA, Fire Alarm
- Operations and Maintenance of BMS
- Maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, PA/VA systems
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Take over previously implemented completed projects of ours and ensure maintenance of the systems as per agreed SLA.
- Provide Warranty services as per agreed terms
- Services include defects liability, preventive maintenance, configuration support and trouble shooting
- Post Warranty negotiate Annual Maintenance Contracts for the systems of self installed base as well as third party installed base
- Build and sustain a team that will manage the SLA to the satisfaction of the client
- Manage the above with a profitable objective
