Service Engineer - Mobile Phones - L1/L2/L3/L4 (5-10 yrs)
Our client is based in OMAN.
Job Location: Oman
Client: The company is the sole authorised distributor of Samsung, Apple, Motorola & LG Mobiles, Laptops & Computer Accessories.
Candidate: The incumbent should hold BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics and have 5 to 10 years relevant experience in servicing of mobiles.
Job Profile: The incumbent will:
Help out with component level repair of Mobile Phones & IT Products, run diagnosis etc
Repair & refurbish Multibrand mobile phones and operating systems like android/iOS/windows etc.
Run the diagnosis software with good Technical skillset.
Should be well versed with L1/L2/L3& L4 service process and policies with strong customer handling skills.
