Service Engineer - Paper Machine (3-8 yrs)
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Perform paper machine equipment technical service to customers
- Perform installation, commissioning, startup, optimization and audit services for Paper machine projects
- Offer technical support (remote/field) and/or field trouble-shooting, rebuild project service to customers
- Train customer's technical personnel for operation and maintenance of paper machine products
- Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business
- Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Actively promote our service offerings to local customers and divisions
Requirements :
- BE/ B.Tech in mechanical engineering.
- Good academics throughout 60% & above
- 3-8 years paper machine experience with installation and commissioning.
- Have paper machine maintenance and rebuild experience
- Know well about paper machine key components
- Mechanical assembly skills a must
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings/manuals
- Good command of written and oral English
- Good knowledge about paper machine
