Service Engineer - PLC Programmer - After Sales & Service (8-10 yrs)
The role is responsible for :
- Attending calls from customers in abroad countries and providing on time warranty & Post Warranty support and Ensure Zero production loss to the customers.
- To provide on time support to Breakdown/Major issues/ASC by either remote / onsite visit to customer place
- To be able to carry out troubleshooting of wiring, Devices Settings & Parameters, PLC, Servo, Vision, Robot, SCADA, other control systems, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and etc..
- Discussion with customers to resolve the complaints / to study the new requirements (RFQ/OA and support for concept design, BOM arrival for Quote process) and also have a discussion with suppliers to get the on time support
- Offline Program preparation (PLC/HMI etc.) for the modification activity
- Offline Testing (PLC/HMI/Servo) and prepare the Special Device Testing document
- Coordinating with internal team (SCADA/ROBOT/VISION) and provide on time support to Customers
- Prepare the documents (Such as EPLAN, Manuals, programming PDF, lessons learnt, Root cause analysis, Service report & Time plan etc..) for the modifications/Complaints and get the acknowledgement from the customers
- To involve in MQ1, MQ2 stage and handover session to get the knowledge transfer
- Customer complaints to be updated regularly with time sheet in the Complaint Portal
- To plan, schedule and execute the planned activities as agreed with customer timeline
