Service Engineer - PLC/SCADA (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Servicing, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of analytical instruments-Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature- RTD, Thermocouple, Water Quality Instruments, PD meters, Gauges etc Installation & Commissioning of Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature RTD, Thermocouple, Water Quality Instruments, PD meters, Gauges etc
- Responding to trouble calls and performing on-site diagnostics and repairs throughout India.
- Serving as a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer
- Building, Developing & Sustaining Customer relationships with effective Customer management
- Proactive promotion, generation & maintenance of service contracts and parts accessories
- Preparation of operational, calibration and preventive maintenance operating procedures, technical documents
- To prioritize service requests and produce clear and concise documentation
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have rich knowledge about Instrumentation- Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature- RTD, Thermocouple, Water Quality Instruments, PD meters, Gauges
- Should be familiar with Automation PLC/SCADA/DCS.
- Having rich experience in service support & commissioning Jobs in all types of Industries.
- Having active knowledge about HART/MODBUS/PROFIBUS/PROFINET protocols.
- Ability to understand the problem and solve it using easy methods.
- Ability to travel to different places as required.
- Ability to take decisions quickly.
