- Required Profile of Mechanical Service Engineer for Pune Region

Position : Service Engineer/Senior Service Engineer (Based on the experience)

Age : Approx. 28-35 Years.

Education : B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical

Qualification & Skill Set Requirement :

- B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engg- 6 to 8 years of experience in machine Tool Field Or Diploma in Mechanical Engg - 8 to 10 years of experience in machine tool field

- Hands on working experience in Cylindrical Grinding machine and Machining centers (HMC & VMC). (Cam Shaft & Crank shaft grinding machines would be added advantage)

- Working Experience on Hydrostatic Spindle & Hydrostatic Slide would be an added advantage

- Working knowledge on Ball screw replacement, L.M. Guideways replacements, Spindle replacement and other major sub-assemblies.

- Application knowledge on Grinding Machines and Machining Centers (Like Component Programming and trials) would be an added advantage.

- In depth knowledge in reading and making Isometric machine drawings & Machine Assembly Drawings.

- Knowledge on reading/understanding Hydraulic circuit & Pneumatic Circuits and the common symbols used in its circuits.

- Operation and Diagnostic Knowledge of Fanuc CNC (Oi, 16i, 21i, 31i) & Siemens CNC Controls (810D, 840).

- Knowledge on Toyoda CNC (GC50/GC70 CNC) system would be an added advantage.

- Should have PLC programming and diagnostic proficiency with any one type of PLC (Like Fanuc/Mitsubishi/ Siemens) (working experience on Toyopuc PLC would be an added advantage).

- Should have good customer handling skills to deal sensitively with customers

- Should be result oriented, with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- Should have strong communication skills, both written & verbal (In English is preferred)

- Should be proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Operating Systems.
