Service Engineer - Vehicles (5-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
Diagnostic and Repairs :
- Conduct thorough diagnostics on two-wheeler vehicles to identify and rectify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components.
Customer Service :
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries related to vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Clearly communicate repair options, timelines, and cost estimates to customers.
Technical Expertise :
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in two-wheeler vehicles.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues.
Quality Assurance :
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet or exceed industry standards and company guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used.
- Generate comprehensive service reports for management and customers.
Team Collaboration :

Safety Compliance :
