Service Head/Manager-Service/Sr. Manager-Service, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai

Dip/BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) :

- After Sales (for AWP) & Team management profile since at least 5 years & having 10-15 years of experience in industry

- Someone who can guide through the team, can setup better departmental process & structure

- Generating New Leads & Follow up on the same for New Revenue Generation opportunities in AMC & Spares Business

- Ensuring adherence to discipline of functional reports & work timelines

- Minimizing accidents & incidents by adherence/ awareness of safety norms

- Improving Team member performance by regular reviews of Team Members vis-a-vis performance and behaviour

- Ensuring payment is received as per agreed terms before service execution

- Managing After Sales Team & their activities (Pan India)

- Ensure that all customer complaints are attended & closed well in time

- Engineering Graduate/Diploma from Electrical/Mechanical Stream

- Must have 7+ years of experience in After Sales Activities for Material Handling Equipment (MHE)/Mobile Elevated

Work Platform (MEWP)/Arial Work Platforms (AWP)

- Must have an exposure to Team Lead & Team Management

- Should possess Managerial Skills

- Good Communication Skills

- Decision Making Skills

- Planning & Scheduling

- CRM Exposure is must (Salesforce.com will be preferable)

- Job Location : Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai

- Preferred local candidate, for their easy commute to workplace, as this profile requires regular office attendance.

Someone with required exposure willing to relocate, will also work.
