- Will be responsible for managing the team of engineers & technicians
- Educate dealers service technician to provide effective & faster support to end consumers.
- Implement & Improve service process for faster & effective service feedback from dealers.
- Directly manage L2 service issues of B2B clients.
- Setup effective service process of remote service support.
- Sales of Mayuri branded Spare parts.
- Dealer Service Helpdesk management with a ticketing process.
- Setup a service SLA for category / types of dealer issues.
- Share product/component level improvement plan basis the types of issues reported.
- Daily reports to be shared with the business MIS team.
