Attend shutdown lifts and repairs, replacement require parts

Regular service of elevators as part of preventive maintenance

Major repairs included elevator, repairs machines like VTR machines, BT machines, and repair /replacement of all parts of machines.

Erection/ installation of elevators products like machine room less (MRL), and all products

Responsible for maintenance services of existing customer and repair sales

Responsible for Managing a team of field staff.

Responsible as service manager to handle a team of maintenance staff for service and troubleshooting elevators.

Responsible to supervise repair jobs major and minor.

Supervised electrical and mechanical work for the elevators and made regular inspection of operation.

Reported to management budget allocation for repairs.

Responsible for the Annual Maintenance Contract of the elevator and escalator.

Negotiation, approval from authorities, following up closely on price and commercial terms of payments deliveries, clearing of AMC and Repair orders.

Monthly forecast details v/s orders received.

Organizing training for customers who are using our products or planning to use.
