Job Description :
- Maintain Workshop Cleanness.
- All Mechanics Attendance & Inform.
- Inspect all Tractors Waiting for Repair & Job Card Preparation.
- Depute Mechanics for Workshop & all so Field Works.
- Discuss Pending Tractors / Reason.
- Attend Customer Complaint.
- New Tractor Delivery arrangements.
- To make the free delivery inspection (PDI).
- To punch the WARRANT RESISTER CARD, INSTALLATION, FREE SERVICE COUPON in online.
- To maintain the file of Warranty-related documents.
- To punch the warrant parts in online system & follow up . to make claim.
- Free service follow up & old costumer remainder.
- To Discuss with the mechanic about service brilliant.
