Service Technician - Electronics Installation (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of electronic equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions adhering to safety guidelines.
- Document service activities comprehensively, including problem diagnosis and actions taken.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating technical matters clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with teams to contribute to product improvement discussions and gather customer feedback.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of electronics and communication equipment servicing experience.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Proficient in electronic circuitry, troubleshooting, and diagnosing technical problems.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric problem-solving approach.
