Shadowfax Technologies - Zonal Manager - Vendor Management (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Managing clients at the city level; Monthly/Bi-weekly reviews to get the issues addressed as well ensuring Operation KPIs are maintained as per the client expectations
- Upselling and getting the vehicles added by maintaining the performance level as per the client expectations
- Vendor meeting & engagement to get the client/ vendor issues addressed
- On-boarding cost efficient & good performing new vendors on SFX platform
- Managing the day to day operations and ensuring that vehicles shifts are being adhered to Managing Profit and Loss at the city level
Qualifications/Experience :
- 10 years+ experience in operations
- Exceptional leadership, people management and mentoring skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure, time sensitive organization with an unrelenting focus on business goals
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships and work cross functionally across teams in the organization
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
