Qualification : Bachelor in Instrumentation Engineering discipline or equivalent
Years of Experience : 5-9 Years
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring Instrument index, specification of instruments, RFQ activities for bought out items DCS, PLC system, Field instruments, Fire detection and Alarm system, CCTV system, Emergency Shutdown system, Tank Farm Management System, VMS, CMS etc. with engineering subcontractors after award of contract
- Ensuring IO list, Instrument schedule, Cable schedule, Junction Box schedule in line with the tender documents.
- Ensuring the designing of control room, DCS / PLC / SCADA in coordination with engineering subcontractors after award of contract
- Ensuring Shall have experience on reviewing cable trays, locating field instruments and instrument items in the 3D model and reviewing cable layouts and details, cable sizing calculation with Engineering subcontractors in line with the client requirements.
- Preparation of First cut MTO to estimation team during pre-tendering.
- Ensuring MTO with engineering vendor, providing same to projects control team, procurement- team during project engineering phase.
