Sharp Tanks & Structurals - Senior Design Engineer - Process (5-9 yrs)

- Qualification : Bachelor in Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Years of Experience : 5-9 Years
Responsibilities :
- Shall have experience on developing Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Process datasheet of equipment, and other discipline items where process involved with.
- Ensuring / Reviewing engineering activities such as line schedule, line list, pump hydraulics, Design Conditions, equipment Sizing, Material Selection Diagrams, relief load calculation, Process control philosophy, Flare load and Utility summary etc. with engineering subcontractors
- Good knowledge of process simulation tools such as Pro I, HTRI etc.
- Ensuring the equipment list in line with tender / client requirements.
- Providing equipment list, Preliminary P & ID, equipment sizing, line schedule to estimation.
- Preparing / Reviewing cause & effect diagrams, equipment datasheets, Electrical, Instrument and Piping item datasheets.
- Ensuring / reviewing vendor documents of other discipline from process point of view.
- Attending design reviews, 3D Model review, HAZOP, SIL, process related reviews etc.
