Sharp Tanks & Structurals - Senior Engineer - Piping (5-9 yrs)

- Qualification : Bachelor in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Years of Experience: 5-9 Years
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring Shall have experience on reviewing / developing Plot plans,
- 3 D Model, GA drawings, Isometrics, Layouts, Stress Analysis, Critical line list, Pipe Support drawings, Tie-in list, Valve & special item datasheets, Piping design basis, PMS, technical specifications, RFQ related activities for all bought items, stress analysis and all the piping deliverables with Engineering subcontractors in line with the client requirements.
- Ensuring the 3 D model in line with P & ID and in line with client specifications.
- Knowledge of Autocad, PDMS/ PDS / SP3D will be added advantage.
- Prepare / Review of MTO for piping items during pre-bid stage.
- Knowledge of selection of material grade for piping is a mandatory requirement
- Ensuring the piping item list in line with tender / client requirements.
- Ensuring extracting documents from 3D model in line client specifications.
- Preparation of First cut MTO to estimation team during pre-tendering.
- Ensuring 30%, 60%, and 90% MTO with engineering vendor, providing same to projects control team, procurement- team during project engineering phase.
