Shashwath Solution - Civil Supervisor (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for execution
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor progress and report to project managers
- Manage material and labor efficiently
- Review project drawings, specifications & timelines
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on site experience
- Experience through contractor side is a must
- Exposure to top building construction projects like 5-star hotels, hospitals, or commercial complexes
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and project coordination
- Good communication and team management skills
