Shashwath Solution - Junior Safety Officer (4-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and ensure site safety compliance across all activities
- Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits & toolbox talks
- Implement HSE standards and safety protocols on-site
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure use of PPE & enforce contractor safety guidelines
- Maintain safety documentation and incident reports.
- Desired Profile :
- 4- 6 years of practical safety experience from contractor side
- Exposure to top-tier building construction projects
- Worked with 5-star hotels / leading hospitals / commercial buildings
- Knowledge of safety norms, risk assessment & legal compliance
- Strong observation, communication & reporting skills.
