Shashwath Solution - Production Executive (2-8 yrs)

Purpose of the Role
- The Production Executive is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of all production activities across machines and departments.
- This role demands technical expertise in offset printing or packaging processes, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams for a smooth and efficient workflow.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Printing Technology (preferred)
- Industry Experience: 5- 8 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in the printing or packaging industry
- Language Proficiency:
- Good command of English and Kannada
- Knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage
- Computer Proficiency (Mandatory):
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with using the internet and emails for communication and reporting
Key Responsibilities :
1. Production Planning & Execution :
- Prepare and manage daily and weekly production schedules across all departments and machines
- Ensure maximum machine utilization and minimum downtime
- Adjust production plans in real-time based on delays, material issues, or machine breakdowns
- Coordinate across departments: Pre-press, Printing, Coating, Punching, and Packaging for smooth transitions
2. Monitoring & Data Management :
- Maintain accurate records through all stages of production
- Track and report on efficiency, wastage, and job completion timelines
- Generate daily and weekly reports for performance review
3. Cross-Department Coordination :
- Coordinate with the Stores & Purchase team to ensure timely availability of materials
- Work with the Maintenance department for preventive and corrective machine servicing
- Align with Sales & Dispatch to meet customer delivery timelines
4. Manpower Management :
- Plan and allocate workforce based on production schedules
- Conduct training sessions to enhance skill levels of operators and staff
- Monitor shift performance, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain quality standards
