Shashwath Solution - Safety Incharge/Safety Officer (2-10 yrs)
We are looking for a qualified Safety Incharge / Safety Officer to oversee health and safety practices at our construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting training, and ensuring legal compliance
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce site safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure workers follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
- Investigate and report incidents or near-misses.
- Organize safety training and toolbox talks.
- Maintain all safety records and incident logs.
- Coordinate with site management to mitigate risks.
- Comply with all statutory and legal safety requirements.
