THE SHELL GRADUATE PROGRAMME :

- On a tailored two to three-year training programme you'll progress from a remarkable graduate into an accomplished Shell professional. Over the course of the Programme you will team up with the processing industry's foremost experts on Shell's most groundbreaking and critical projects.

- You'll become part of Shell's global network of specialists, and will excel within a supportive working environment that aims to nurture future company front runners.

PROCESS ENGINEERING :

- As part of Shell's expansive Process Engineering community, you'll support the development and production of raw hydrocarbons and their subsequent processing into commercial products.


- Process engineers design and optimize chemical processes, provide technical support to oil and gas production facilities, refineries and chemical plants (both onshore and offshore, ensure the technical integrity of plants and new projects for both internal and external customers, design, optimize and improve the operation of equipment and facilities, advise on process safety issues, analyse and interpret laboratory and plant data, analyse or commission new installations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Due to the scale of Shell's Process Engineering sector, the responsibilities you will encounter are widespread. Your role could impact major sectors of the business such as :

1. Exploration and Production

2. Gas

3. Refining

4. Chemicals

You may be given responsibilities including :

1. Designing and optimising the operation of equipment and facilities

2. Advising on process safety issues

3. Commissioning new installations

4. Analysing laboratory and plant data

5. Liaising with operators in the control room on daily basis

For a challenging and technically focused division such as Process Engineering, we seek the highest achievers in academic areas such as :
