Real-Time Operator RTO
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Respond to multi-national clients via chat, call, email with Jira ticketing system and ensure that team handles requests within SLA.
- Responsible for coordinating with various service companies like LWD, Mudlog, Rig Instrumentation, Cementing Unit to aggregate Realtime data and do Realtime calculations for different clients.
- Acquire data from different service companies and convert WITS data in to WITSML and send from various rig sites to Data servers and give real time view of various plots to clients.
- To monitor and identify different operations associated in different Oil rigs with the help of various plots, data obtained from different crews like mudlogging, LWD crews etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer for Drilling Operations or IT projects related to the Oil and Gas industry.
- Proven experience with Testing/Support for Drilling software and Real Time applications.
- Proven experience with IT Support/Network/Windows servers
- Experience with WITSML based applications is a plus.
- Experience in deploying and configuring the Web based systems.
- Working skills in the supporting technologies including MS Server 2016 and above, IIS, Office 365, MS Messaging Queue and SQL 2016 and above.
- Candidate with the WITSML knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication/writing skills to interact with rig operators, subsurface, drilling engineering teams, IT&S and other disciplines.
- Have or be willing to acquire all required safety certification and other training as may be required by Baker Hughes and/or Saudi Aramco.
- Flexibility to work in 24x7 environment.
