Shift Engineer - Construction Project (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Production Instructions for coating, blasting & pre-heating as per planned cycle time, acceptance and act on deviations as per identified procedure.
- Update of production quantity for each JRC and calculate balance & Quality Assurance
- Handover of shift
- Loss entry and analysis in DPR in respective shifts
- ERP Entry
- Process Adherence and Product Quality Assurance Round by Shift-Engineer (2 rounds per shift)
- Sweep Blasting Process Control
- Preheating oven Process Control
- Manpower Deployment & allocation details (manpower sheet)
- Abnormality Elimination and Breakdown Coordination with Maintenance Team.
KNOWLEDGE :
- Details Knowledge of All Processes and Machine of Weld Mesh
- All SOP and WI understanding
- Computer Knowledge
- ERP Knowledge
- Drawing reading and understanding
- Problem solving technique and 7 QC tool
- Powder Coating
- Oee, KPI
- 5s, Kaizen.
