Must-Have :
- Overall Electrical system Monitoring & maintenance, Upgradation to latest technology.
JD :
- Shift operations monitoring, Co-ordination with User departments, Attending all type of breakdowns reported in the shift
- Monitoring and analyzing Electrical consumption and steps to control energy losses.
- Monitoring and controlling DG electrical unit generation efficiency.
- Suggesting, Implementing the cost effective program.
- AMC maintenance co-ordination, analysis of activities performed and taking applicable actions.
- To adhere to regulatory requirements of US, EU and India in terms of systems & documentations. Ensuring timely & effective compliance of points raised during Inspections / Audits.
- PR creation, tracking the procurement, Invoicing and co-ordination with Accounts team.
- Maintaining Electricity & Fuel consumption record, Maintaining Diesel Stock for DG.
- Inventory management for all Electrical Items, Accessories for Utility & process equipment's.
- Updation of Electrical SOPs, AMC records, Electrical diagrams, list of all Electrical DB's with supply.
- Monitoring & ensuring the safe operation of all equipment's & safety of the operators.
- To fulfill statutory and legal requirements in absence of Head-Engineering
