Profile :- Shift Engineer - Electrical (Facility Management)

Location :- IGI Airport

Job Description :-

Purpose of the Role :

1. To ensure the smooth functioning of all Electrical systems and equipments at terminal(s).

Responsibilities :

1. HT && LT Line experience minimum 5 years.

2. Should have knowledge of breakers, HT && LT panels, transformers and DGs.

3. Preventive maintenance of all concerned equipment (UPS/inverter, lights, lifts, conveyer belt, Sewerage motor, sliding doors (electrical components), hand dryer, booster/hydrometric pump).

4. Preparation of weekly && monthly reports, regarding status of complaints.

5. Supervision of electrical maintenance works.

6. Providing suggestions for improvement in energy conservation.

7. Ensures that the scheduled PM for electrical equipment is being performed.

8. Ensures that the checklist for PM is maintained and used appropriately.

9. Responsible for the relevant work areas (MSB, SSB, NUB).

10. Problem diagnosis to identify fault area.

11. Root cause analysis.

12. Ensure implementation of Energy saving measures.

13. Monitoring 5S in assigned work area.

14. Coordination for material in stores.

Deliverables :

1. Intimation of CMMS complaints to concerned personnel.

2. Manpower deployment for electrical works.

3. Frequent updation of checklist and their usage.

4. Monthly report of all PM scheduled and performed.

5. Zero faults in electrical systems in assigned area.

6. Minimal downtime during PM.

Functional Competencies (Knowledge) :

1. Technical Knowledge in electrical engineering (within the scope).

2. Knowledge of equipments && systems and processes involved in PM for electrical works.

3. Standards and procedures followed in Airport.

4. Computer Knowledge.

1. Monitoring of Repair && Maintenance activities related to Electrical works at assigned terminal in adherence to SLA.

2. Adherence to PM schedule.

Engineering/diploma in electrical discipline and 4+ yrs / 6+ yrs of experience in Electrical systems involved in Building Maintenance etc.

Experience:- 4 - 6 Years

Qualification:- B.Tech/Diploma - Electrical

Salary:- 20 - 25 K
