Shift Engineer -Instrumentation
Experience : 7-10 Years
Location: Mumbai
Must-Have :
- Hands on experience in overall instrumentation, calibration, VFD, HMI, PLC, process automation and SCADA system maintenance and Upgradation to latest technology.
JD:
- Shift operations monitoring, Co-ordination with User departments, Attending all type of breakdowns reported in the shift
- Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of in-house / third party instrument calibration activity.
- Responsible to check/review and maintain the in-house instrument calibration records.
- Responsible to attend the breakdown of VFD- s, HMI, IPC, PLC and SCADA server system and identification of cause of failure.
- Responsible to attend the breakdown occurred in CIP and process automation system.
- Responsible to Raise and closure of QMS documents like Change control, deviation etc.
- Responsible to prepare list of instruments and automation spares for equipment's installed in plant premises.
- Responsible to prepare and revise Standard operating procedures as per requirement.
- Responsible to check and sign engineering/utility logbooks during shift operations.
- Execution of preventive maintenance of equipment's installed in plant premises.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with vendor and purchase department for spare procurement.
- AMC maintenance co-ordination, analysis of activities performed and taking applicable actions.
- To adhere to regulatory requirements of US, EU and India in terms of systems & documentations. Ensuring timely & effective compliance of points raised during Inspections/Audits.
- PR creation, tracking the procurement, Invoicing and co-ordination with Accounts team.
- Inventory management for all instrumentation, automation spares for manufacturing and utility equipments.
- Preparation of SOP's for instruments Calibration, PM and equipment operation.
- Monitoring & ensuring the safe operation of all equipment's & safety of the operators.
- To fulfill statutory and legal requirements in absence of Manager Engineering.
