Shift Engineer - Production Planning (2-4 yrs)
An ideal candidate should be from FMCG industry with Engineering Graduate from a reputed institute with about 2 years of Experience of working in unionized set-up is very essential.
- Must have working knowledge of Kaizen/5S/TPM/TQM/OSHAS/ Six sigma and also has worked on inventory management and is aware of the ISO.
Job Profile :
- An ideal candidate Plan and coordinate the production deliverables like production nos, quality and cost parameters by managing the resources in the assigned Shift (materials, machinery and manpower) effectively and efficiently.
- Continuously track individual machine wise wastages and ensure ideal machine settings are maintained, to comply with the wastage norms and Improve EHS, awareness to achieve total compliance and zero accidents.
- Managing resources (People) in the shift - Work allocation, skill balancing and Employee relations.
- Understanding of Plant maintenance methods & planning of all equipment's maintenance schedules to ensure un- interrupted production.
