Shift In-charge - Production (4-8 yrs)
To plan and allocate manpower ( workmen ) every shift along with group leader
- To ensure proper procedures and quality during assembly
- To ensure targeted output per shift
- To ensure smooth working of lean line & Andon recording (due to manpower unavailability, quality issues)
- To calculate and report daily and monthly productivity / ECR / idle time - carry out and record analysis of idle time, ECR, Overtime
- To report accidents / incidents / breakdowns on line
- To ensure order completion and release OCF
- To organise rectifications panel complaints
- Scrap removal
- Always maintain general housekeeping on shop floor.
- Organize relevant training for shop operators -
